How soon do I need to reserve a restroom trailer?
There are approximately 15 weekends during the summer and fall that are the most sought after for outdoor events, making them especially popular for weddings and celebrations. Our restroom trailers are in high demand during these times and often book up quickly.
If your event falls on one of the weekends listed below, we recommend reaching out to us as soon as possible—even if you’re not ready to secure your reservation with a deposit. Letting us know your plans early allows us to prioritize your request or inform you promptly if we’re fully booked for that weekend.

How do I reserve a luxury restroom trailer?
Complete the "Get a Quote" form [here].
Once submitted, we’ll email you a detailed quote. To confirm your reservation, a 50% deposit of the total quote plus a $500 security deposit is required.
The remaining balance is due during the week of trailer delivery. After your event, the $500 security deposit will be refunded within 14 days, provided all terms are met.
When do you deliver and pick up the restroom trailer?
Most of our events take place on Friday evenings, Saturdays, or Sundays. For these occasions, we typically deliver the restroom trailer on Thursday or Friday and pick it up on Sunday or Monday. However, we’re happy to accommodate unique schedules—if your event requires special arrangements, we’ll work closely with you to find the perfect solution.
Do the Restroom Trailers need access to water and electric?
Restroom trailers require a single 110 Volt, 20 Amp electrical connection and access to an outdoor water spigot when temperatures are above freezing.
For events during freezing temperatures, the trailers will need three 110 Volt, 20-amp electrical connections to ensure proper operation.
We provide up to 50 feet of electrical cord and water hose. If your site lacks electricity or water access, we can supply a quiet generator and water to fill the trailer’s internal tank for an additional fee. Please refer to your quote for details on these costs.

Where will the restroom trailer be placed?
Our restroom trailers are delivered and positioned using a truck, so the designated spot should be flat, stable, and easily accessible. A paved surface is ideal, but a well-prepared grassy area that won’t damage landscaping can also work.
For optimal functionality, the trailer must be placed within 50 feet of an outdoor water spigot and a 110-volt, 20-amp electrical hookup to ensure smooth operation throughout your event.
