A Guide To Your Luxury Restroom Rental

Setting Up for Your Event:

• Unlock Restroom Doors. The restroom doors will be locked after initial setup. You should have received a set of keys to unlock the doors before your event begins.

• Air conditioning: Go to the utility room and locate the thermostat. Press MODE and select Low Cool. We recommend setting it to 74 degrees.

• Music: You’ll find the radio near the thermostat — turn it on and pick your favorite station.

• Waste Tank: Please check the black tank level throughout your event. You can find the tank gauge in the utility closet. In the rare occurrence that the black tank level is full, please stop using the toilets and sinks and contact us immediately.

During Your Event

• The restroom trailer will arrive clean and sanitized, but light touch-ups may be needed during your event. Cleaning supplies are located in cabinets under the sink, if needed.

• Please wipe up any large spills or messes.

• Because events can be busy, it’s a good idea to assign someone to periodically check the restroom during the event to restock paper supplies and take care of any trash.

After Event Reminders

• Please remove ALL TRASH from the restroom trailer after the event.

• The sanitation truck will come early Monday morning to pump out the restroom septic tank.

• After the septic is pumped, one of our team members will pick up the restroom trailer.

Just In Case...Quick Troubleshooting Guide

Power went out?

• Check the power cord connection

• Check the outlet or breaker where it’s plugged in

• Check the breaker in the trailer’s utility closet

Breaker keeps tripping?

• Raise the temperature a few degrees

• Use “Low Cool” or switch to “Fan Only”

Faucets keep running?

• Make sure there’s adequate water pressure at the outdoor spigot

Toilet leaking or continuously running?

• Turn off the water supply directly behind the toilet and stop using that toilet

Low or no water pressure due to a dry or low well?

How to check if the waste tank is full?

• Check the tank level gauge in the utility closet.
